A reworked 1-of-1 jacket, featuring hand sewn boro repairs throughout on a dutch military uniform.

The MACRAE Reworked line explores the potential within overlooked garments - transforming materials once considered “unwearable” or undesirable into contemporary pieces designed for a new life.

Each garment has been carefully reconstructed from donated military pieces that had reached the end of their original life cycle, featuring unique marks, repairs, tears and stains that tell the story of their past.

Due to the handmade nature of this garment, we recommend spot cleaning or gentle hand washing to preserve its longevity. Hang to dry and use a medium heat steam iron if needed.

Naturally dyed garments should be washed separately and handled with care. These dyes will fade over time—much like your favourite pair of selvedge denim—and should be cared for accordingly.
