Shipping policy

All items are inspected and shipped from Brisbane. Queensland, Australia.

Due to orders being created on a made to order basis, it can take 1–3 business days for handling. You are more than welcome to reach out to orders@macrae.shop for an update.

We are currently partnered with Aus Post to ship all our orders, and can be tracked through their website once a confirmation email has been received. This means at this time all local parcels have free shipping!

Shipping rates vary based on the item weight and country of destination (Orders outside of Australia may be subject to customs charges at the checkout, we are not responsible for these). Once your order has dispatched, MACRAE can not accept responsibility for lost/stolen parcels or time frame of receiving.
