Refund policy
RETURNS
Due to products being made-to-order, at this moment we are not able to provide returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
However, if there are any production or shipping errors, please reach out to orders@macrae.shop to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
In the above case, all items must be returned in their original state, with all the tags and packaging untouched, and returned with the items. If the above conditions are not met, the items are not eligible for any refunds and/or exchanges. I reserve the right to refuse any washed, worn or altered items.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at orders@macrae.shop within 14 days of receiving your order. Kindly provide the reason for your return request.
Please be aware that customers are responsible for covering the costs
associated with return shipping. It's important to note that we do not have a change of mind policy in place. Therefore, I encourage you to thoroughly read the product description and view the product images before making a purchase decision. REFUNDS
If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund on your account. If more than 15 business days have elapsed since our confirmation of an approved return, kindly reach out to us at orders@macrae.shop for further assistance.
